I've been going to Edohana for years. Recently moved away from Fort Worth, but still make the drive out here because this is our favorite sushi place in all of DFW if not the continental United States. Highly recommend the riceless butterfly roll. The salmon practically melts in your mouth and the serving of the crab is very generous. 5/5 stars - see you next time. :)

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating a birthday party at Edohana Sushi and it was an experience to remember. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone for a delightful evening. Parking is easy and the wait staff were very nice. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the sushi boat for four. The presentation was impeccable, and the variety was impressive. The rolls, especially the Rainbow, Dragon, and Spicy Tuna, were crafted to perfection, each offering a unique blend of flavors and textures that hit the spot especially after a long day. The four pieces each of tuna, salmon, yellowtail, shrimp, white tuna fish, and crabstick were fresh and beautifully presented. The sashimi, with three pieces of tuna, salmon, yellowtail, whitefish, and octopus, was a testament to the chef's expertise. Each slice was fresh, thick, and melted in the mouth. To complement our meal, I had an appletini, which were refreshingly crisp and the perfect balance of sweet and tart. All in all, Edohana Sushi provided a memorable birthday celebration with top-notch food and drinks. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and delightful sushi experience in Fort Worth.

This place is amazing! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for good food and amazing service. I ordered food off Postmates from Edohana Sushi and while Postmates royally screwed up by drivers canceling on me and then cancelling my order all together I was able to call (after closing time) and still pick up my order. There was the kindest employee who was able to save my meal and night and stayed late allowing me to pick up the order. I didn’t catch his name however I will be sure to get it the next time I visit this place!!

Boy, do I love Edohana!! The sushi here, while maybe not authentic, is super creative, and I promise you won't find anything like it anywhere else! My favorite is the Texas Cowboy Roll. It made such a statement, along with the Edohana Special that the table next to us asked what it was. I just love trying all the combos they have. Staff is also friendly. The one downside is that the restaurant is very cramped, but it's worth it for the food.

They are amazing!! Always checking on what we need. The best thing is how delicious the food is! I have tried so much there and have loved everything so far! I know I'm odd, but the quail eggs are so tasty (so good if you are adventurous)

Sushi is not one of my favorites, it was more of trial. Glad I did stop at Edohana Sushi! The sushi was simply amazing. The staff who waited on me was amazingly courteous. They give a soup complimentary (don’t remember the name of it) and it was better than any soup I have ever tasted. Recommend are rolls, noodles and octopus sushi.

Not only is the sushi fresh and some of the best in town, but the service is outstanding. Had a very pleasant experience here and will definitely be back!

We had the Philadelphia roll, shrimp tempura and spicy California roll. They were all delicious and a good size for the price. My favorite was the cucumber salad, it had a nice flavor and was so fresh and crisp.
